Top 8 Brentwood Restaurants to Eat Lunch

We drive all around town performing inspections in Middle Tennessee.  So we often find ourselves in Brentwood, which is great because there are so many delicious places to eat! What home inspector doesn’t like a good meal after working hard underneath, on top of, and in tight spaces around a home?

We decided to list out a few of our favorite Brentwood restaurants to stop and grab a bite!

The Perch

Only open in the morning and early afternoon, this place is a great spot if you can make it before they close! They have excellent coffee, but we really go for the crepes. They have a savory smoked salmon crepe that will definitely make you feel classy (and healthy!). And if you want the typical sweet crepe, we’d recommend peanut butter and banana. It’s a small place with not a lot of seating, so be prepared to hunt for a chair – but it’s well worth it!

Uncle Julio’s

Uncle Julio’s is a fairly new, upscale Mexican restaurant but it’s already a favorite around Brentwood. So, be prepared to wait and you can forget about making dinner reservations for a large group. But, if you’re looking to take your Mexican dining experience to a whole new level, you’ve got to give this place a try! The guacamole is custom-made right at your table, and if you’re celebrating a special occasion, there’s a chocolate pinata that’s quite the spectacle!

Sal’s Family Pizza

Some of the best pizza we’ve found in all of Nashville! It’s really in the “Nippers Corner” area of Brentwood/Nashville,  tucked away in an unassuming strip mall. Sal’s delivers it by the slice or the entire pie but once you try this place, you’re going to be ordering the whole pie every time!

Firebirds

You know this place is serious about their woodfired grill when you pass stacks and stacks of wood as you approach from the parking garage in the back. Again, it’s an upscale choice, but you’re going to get some of the best steakhouse food for the price anywhere in Brentwood or even Nashville for that matter. The bar is super cool, so stop by for a drink after work if you want to impress your friends or clients!

Peter’s Sushi-Thai

Not far from Uncle Julio’s, across the street in a strip mall, you’ll find this gem. It’s surrounded by some of the most popular spots in Brentwood, but you’ll see people coming and going from here non-stop because it’s just that good! If you have trouble finding it, it’s right next door to the “Five Guys” on the corner!

I Love Juice Bar

If you’re looking for a light, healthy lunch on-the-go, Juice Bar is a great choice!  Their smoothies are excellent and surprisingly filling, but if you’re looking for a heartier lunch, they also have great sandwiches and grain bowls.

Kebab Gyros

There are plenty of gyro places in the Nashville area, but this one takes the cake!  We love the gyro platter, with seasoned lamb served atop rice pilaf, veggies, and pita bread.  The baklava is also to die for!  So if you love Mediterranean food, we would definitely recommend this authentic gyro shop.

Burgerfi

A lunch list wouldn’t be complete without a great burger joint!  Burgerfi is awesome because not only is their food delicious, it’s also organic and antibiotic-free so you can feel good about what you’re eating.  We would definitely recommend the CEO burger – a waygu/brisket blend with candied bacon-tomato jam, truffle aioli, and aged Swiss.
